Chief Technology Officer
Rob brings more than 25 years of logistics and supply chain management expertise to the Sheer Logistics team. Prior to joining Sheer, his leadership experience included serving in VP roles at Mercury Gate and Arzoon TMS. Known for his customer-focused, value-driven approach, Rob applies solution design skills on both the business and technical side of logistics to every opportunity that comes his way.
Executive Vice President
Mick leads the design and delivery of customized transportation management solutions. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of supply chain and logistics, designing and implementing operational performance improvements at leading corporations. He has held positions in supply chain consulting, production planning and transportation management.
Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Jen is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She holds her Masters in Business Administration from Washington University and has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from University of Missouri-St. Louis. At Sheer, Jen is responsible for the Company’s overall financial management, planning and growth.
Vice President, Operations
Jordan not only has a deep background in business analysis and logistics, he also specializes in relationship management nationally and overseas. At Sheer, Jordan works to improve process and train superior operations teams. The best part of his job? Partnering with clients and key decision makers to make sure their needs are met.
Associate Vice President, Solutions
Before joining Sheer, Dana spent twelve years as Vice President of Consulting Services for SGI, LLC, where he led a team providing support and services directly to freight carriers and customers looking to get the most out of their transportation needs. After a year serving as VP of Yield Management for Worldwide Express, Dana has taken that knowledge learned to Sheer, using his experience to help develop stronger customer and carrier relationships.
Sr. Director, Logistics Operations
Brian has studied in Aachen, Germany, and managed the logistics for a container plant in the Midwest. He brings this experience plus more than six years of focused operations and logistics expertise to his work with the Sheer carrier pool. His mission is to provide superior communications and savings without jeopardizing service.
Director, Transportation Services
Greg employs active, transparent communication to build and maintain carrier relationships that align perfectly with customer goals. Always aiming to exceed expectations, Greg thrives on the fast pace his role requires, and he’s motivated by the commitment he makes every day to Sheer customers, who count on him to deliver critical product on time in every instance.
Director, Operations & Carrier Procurement
As Director of Operations and Carrier Procurement, Tyler oversees the logistics arm of the Operations Team and focuses on providing optimal customer service and carrier relationships. Tyler has been with Sheer for 6 years with previous experience working for FedEx and YRCW. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Missouri, and a MBA from Webster University in St Louis.
Director, Sales & Marketing
Nate leads new business development, marketing, and communications efforts at Sheer. While his primary focus is growth and new business opportunities, Nate leverages a strong background in customer service, technology, and project management to drive efficiency and performance across all departments.
