Prior to joining Sheer, his leadership experience included serving in VP roles at Mercury Gate and Arzoon TMS. Known for his customer-focused, value-driven approach, Rob applies solution design skills on both the business and technical side of logistics to every opportunity that comes his way.

Brian has studied in Aachen, Germany, and managed the logistics for a container plant in the Midwest. He brings this experience plus more than six years of focused operations and logistics expertise to his work with the Sheer carrier pool. His mission is to provide superior communications and savings without jeopardizing service.

Chris Vogt

Senior Director, Integration & Implementation

Chris rose from directing a group of bank tellers to managing an operations team responsible for $30 million per year. He brings diligence, acumen and process wizardry to Sheer. Chris’ role is to meet all project objectives and schedules. He does this by staying in lockstep with clients, ensuring all of our customized strategies stay on track.

Jordan Egertson

Jordan not only has a deep background in business analysis and logistics, he also specializes in relationship management nationally and overseas. At Sheer, Jordan works to improve process and train superior operations teams. The best part of his job? Partnering with clients and key decision makers to make sure their needs are met.

Mick leads the design and delivery of customized transportation management solutions. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of supply chain and logistics, designing and implementing operational performance improvements at leading corporations. He has held positions in supply chain consulting, production planning and transportation management.

Greg employs active, transparent communication to build and maintain carrier relationships that align perfectly with customer goals. Corey has a rich background that spans more than 20 years of logistics, process improvement and transportation science, once managing a transportation budget in excess of $1.2 billion. At Sheer, Corey puts this experience to work, designing and implementing solutions that combine technology, process and people. Bottom line: he delivers cost savings to clients worldwide.

Bob brings 30 years of experience in logistics and transportation to the Sheer Implementation team.  With a background in I.T. and work with private fleets, shippers, logistics service providers, world class software development companies, as well as major consulting organizations, Bob’s innovative approach to implementation has earned him a well-deserved reputation throughout the industry.

Jennifer Bien-Esrock

Vice President, Finance & Accounting

Jen is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She holds her Masters in Business Administration from Washington University and has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from University of Missouri-St. Louis. At Sheer, Jen is responsible for the Company’s overall financial management, planning and growth.
